My work consists of an eclectic mix of contemporary abstract art in mixed media which includes textiles incorporating stitch, paint, collage and digital photography.
I do not generally plan my projects they are usually spontaneous. If I see something that draws my attention I photograph, sketch and even buy an item such as a bright piece of fabric for inspiration and add it to my collection of ‘treasures’.
I enjoy combining colours and shapes and creating pieces which are ever changing and evolving.
I find it of great benefit to be with like minded people so we can share each others talents and learn from one another.
